ABC Capital believes in a personal approach. You are allocated the same advisor, who you can approach at any time. As a division of ABC Vastgoed Groep, our advisors are in close contact with experts in many different fields in the real estate business. This means we can always offer you reliable and well-founded advice.
Our history
ABC has been operating on the Dutch residential market since 1949. The Algemene Bouw Centrale (the original name of ABC) was set up to meet a demand for housing and shopping centre developments for the Burgerlijk Pensioenfonds (Civil Pension Fund) and the Mijnwerkersfonds (Miners Fund), as those funds were called at the time. Later, the Algemene Bouw Centrale evolved into what is now ABC Vastgoed Groep, a company with more than 120 staff.

ABC Concept, ABC Nova and ABC Capital together make up ABC Vastgoed Groep, a real estate company offering services related to real estate advice, planned economy, concept development, process and project management and guiding investments in residential and healthcare real estate throughout the Netherlands.

ABC Capital is a member of a range of institutions which aim at guaranteeing compliance and integrity. There are also several codes of conduct that we follow, like the IVBN and Vastgoed Belang.
