ABC Vastgoed Groep

ABC Vastgoed Groep, a Dutch-based real estate company, was established in 1949. Since then, we have evolved into a group of businesses offering specific professional services related to real estate advice and planned economy, concept development, process and project management and the acquisition and disposition of residential and healthcare portfolios.

The divisions

ABC Vastgoed Groep comprises ABC Concept, ABC Nova and ABC Capital and has over 120 staff. ABC Vastgoed Groep has offices in the Dutch capital of Amsterdam and in Arnhem, Assen, Rotterdam and Utrecht. Here is a brief description of ABC Concept and ABC Nova, companies that distinguish themselves from other services by their distinctive core competencies and their focus on the concepts and processes.

ABC Nova, whose core competency is process and project management, is involved in organisational and process management, focusing on project monitoring, residential real estate advice, construction costs, building and construction technology, town and country planning, commercial operations and management. ABC Nova’s clients include government authorities (both the central government and municipalities), the healthcare industry (care and cure), housing associations and educational institutions.

ABC Concept is ABC’s creative and conceptual division. ABC Concept draws up urban, social and planned-economic visions on sites, properties and areas. Drawing from knowledge of ABC’s other divisions, ABC Concept primarily acts as a commissioned concept developer for third parties, including several municipalities and institutional investors. One high-profile project completed under ABC Concept’s guidance is the Platform Project: around 200 apartments built above Utrecht Central Station’s bus station on the side facing the town centre. Other examples include competitions won by ABC Concept: the Hembrug estate in Zaandam (30 hectares) and Punt Sniep in Diemen, on which approximately 200 sustainable apartments have been built.
